Pulse gives a clear picture of a site's traffic without cookies and without storing anything about individual visitors. A single 2.7 KB script feeds a live dashboard of sources, pages and campaigns, so in the EU the analytics need no consent banner to run.

Beyond counts, Pulse maps the paths visitors take through a site and builds funnels and reports from them. It also runs daily Lighthouse checks on mobile and desktop and tracks Core Web Vitals, putting speed next to traffic. Around 75 integrations cover common frameworks and CMSs, from Astro and Nuxt to Joomla and Docusaurus.

Pulse is built by Ciphera BV, a company registered in Belgium in 2024. Primary data sits on servers in Switzerland, with Exoscale for compute and Infomaniak for backups, under the Swiss data protection act, and payments run through Mollie in the Netherlands. The client code is auditable, while the backend is operated as a managed service rather than self-hosted.
