Does sponsoring change rankings?

What if several sponsors are active at once?
At most 3 sponsors run concurrently, and inventory is split evenly: each page consistently shows one of the active sponsors, so every sponsor gets a fair, stable share of the site. Book solo and you get 100% of placements.
