Voxtrics asks your website visitors the right question at the right moment, then shows you what they were looking at when they answered. Each response is saved with a screenshot of the page, so a complaint about a broken checkout or a confusing pricing table arrives with the evidence attached instead of a guess.

Surveys are built in a web dashboard, with conditional logic, multi-step flows, custom themes and AI-suggested questions, then placed on a site as an inline form, a popup or a chat-style survey. Triggers cover delay, scroll depth and exit intent, and published email surveys can be sent to a list with personal links. Install guides exist for Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and Tilda, plus a WordPress plugin.

Voxtrics is operated by Oiva Software Oy, a Finnish limited company registered in Helsinki in July 2026 and governed by Finnish law. Survey responses and account data are stored on the company's own servers in Finland. Traffic passes through Cloudflare and survey emails go out through Resend, both US providers, and the optional AI drafting and translation features use OpenAI Ireland, which may pass that text on to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. Survey responses themselves are not sent to the AI provider.
