Survey design here goes well past forms, with branching logic, panels and analysis that research teams genuinely rely on. A free account really does exist, capped at three active surveys, 30 questions and 500 responses; past that nothing is priced publicly and everything goes through sales. Qualtrics, LLC operates from Provo, Utah under Silver Lake ownership since 2023.

About Voxtrics

Voxtrics asks your website visitors the right question at the right moment, then shows you what they were looking at when they answered. Each response is saved with a screenshot of the page, so a complaint about a broken checkout or a confusing pricing table arrives with the evidence attached instead of a guess.

Surveys are built in a web dashboard, with conditional logic, multi-step flows, custom themes and AI-suggested questions, then placed on a site as an inline form, a popup or a chat-style survey. Triggers cover delay, scroll depth and exit intent, and published email surveys can be sent to a list with personal links. Install guides exist for Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and Tilda, plus a WordPress plugin.

Key benefits:

  • Context screenshots show the exact page state behind every answer
  • Three display modes let you choose inline, popup or chat surveys
  • Precise triggers fire on delay, scroll depth or exit intent
  • Element selection lets visitors point at the part of the page they mean
  • Email campaigns send personal survey links and track each delivery
  • No cookies are needed for the survey widget to work
  • Free forever plan with 300 responses a month, plus a 30 day Business trial

Voxtrics is operated by Oiva Software Oy, a Finnish limited company registered in Helsinki in July 2026 and governed by Finnish law. Survey responses and account data are stored on the company's own servers in Finland. Traffic passes through Cloudflare and survey emails go out through Resend, both US providers, and the optional AI drafting and translation features use OpenAI Ireland, which may pass that text on to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. Survey responses themselves are not sent to the AI provider.

Ideal for product and marketing teams who want on-page feedback tied to real page context without sending their visitors' answers to a US survey giant.

Why choose Voxtrics over Qualtrics?

The decisive argument is data jurisdiction. Qualtrics is headquartered in the United States, which means personal data processed through it can be subject to non-EU legal regimes: the US CLOUD Act, FISA 702, or similar laws depending on the provider. After the 2020 Schrems II ruling, EU organisations must carry out a transfer impact assessment for every such data flow.

Voxtrics removes that overhead. As a Finland-based provider, it operates under EU GDPR, and data stays inside the EU/EEA by default. For regulated sectors such as health, public administration, and finance, that's not a nice-to-have but a requirement. For everyone else, it's concentration-risk insurance: you avoid depending on a single jurisdiction that can change the rules without warning.
