Superscribe turns business phone calls into finished notes while you are already dialling the next number. It records calls on your own existing number and in-person meetings, then writes the transcript, summary and follow-up tasks, and files the conversation in Pipedrive the moment you hang up. No meeting bot joins the call and nobody needs a second phone number.

The iPhone app, Superscribe Phone, transcribes calls live and separates speakers in face-to-face meetings. On Mac and Windows, Superscribe Pro records video meetings and adds live dictation into any application, with the free Lite edition running dictation entirely on-device with no account. Team plans add pooled minutes, API access and an MCP endpoint for connecting call history to other tools.

Superscribe is built by Haugas Development OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia, and is priced in euros. Recordings are stored in encrypted cloud storage with encryption at rest for sensitive data. Call recording is available in 29 countries, including most of the EU, the UK, Norway and Switzerland.
