Office EU

Office EU is a European cloud drive for households and small teams, and today its live product is EU Drive: 500 GB of storage per household with file sync and sharing, built on Nextcloud Hub and run as a managed service. Documents, email, calendar and chat are announced but not yet available.

EU Drive works in the browser and through desktop sync clients for Windows, macOS and Linux, plus mobile apps for iOS and Android. Files can be shared through password-protected links, access can be revoked later, and selected folders can be kept offline. The Basic plan costs 10 euros a month including VAT, with half off the first 12 months during the launch offer, and up to five extra users at 1 euro each.

Office EU is operated by EUfforic Europe B.V., a Dutch private limited company registered in The Hague, the Netherlands. Its privacy policy states that all services and data run on Hetzner servers in Germany and Finland, that every sub-processor (including payments and newsletters) stores data inside the EU, and that no personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. The company is an official Nextcloud Gold partner.
