IRIS AI Chatbot answers visitor questions on your website around the clock from your own approved information, not from the open internet. ASE Cloud Services configures, hosts and manages it, and it meets WCAG 2.2 level AA, so visitors using screen readers or keyboards get the same service. When IRIS cannot help, the conversation passes to your staff.

It works by retrieval-augmented generation: for each question it pulls the relevant passages from your knowledge base and grounds its answer in them. Under a Human-in-the-Loop protocol, experts review answer changes before they go live, and you receive regular usage and satisfaction reports. Rollout follows a fixed six-week plan.

ASE Cloud Services B.V. is registered in Zevenhuizen, the Netherlands, and works under Dutch law and the GDPR. By default it builds IRIS with European partners that have no US parent company: its processor list names OVHcloud in France for the chatbot environment and Mistral AI in France as the language model behind its own deployment. ASE states that it is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO 9001, and that it follows the Dutch government security baseline BIO2.

Pricing is a one-off configuration fee plus a monthly management fee, quoted within three working days of a free introductory call. It suits municipalities and companies that want to keep visitor conversations inside the EU.
